🔒 Tracking & Risk Parameters
■ Tracking Numbers: An automated confirmation transmission containing tracking details will deploy to your provided email address immediately upon product handover to the logistics carrier.
■ Address Accuracy: Customers are 100% responsible for providing a clear, correct, and legally accurate delivery address at checkout. Fama Mata cannot edit details post-processing and is not responsible for packages misrouted due to customer typos.
■ Carrier Liability: Once an item transitions out of our hub and is scanned by a third-party transit carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL), risk of loss passes entirely to the buyer. Fama Mata does not assume liability for transit system delays, weather anomalies, or terminal carrier disruptions.
