Refund policy
1. The 30-Day Window
We stand behind our gear. You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
To clear inspection, your item must arrive exactly how you got it: unworn, unused, with tags fully attached, and inside its original packaging. You will also need to provide your original receipt or digital proof of purchase.

- Where it goes: Unauthorized packages sent without contacting us first will be rejected. All authorized returns must be shipped directly to our operations hub:
If your return is approved, we will send you an official return shipping label along with direct drop-off instructions.
2. Damages, Issues, & Defects
Inspect your gear the second it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item entirely, contact us immediately at nycfamamata@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right on the spot.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Custom Gear
Certain items are strictly final sale to ensure operational speed:
- Custom / Personalized Products: Any special orders or custom pieces cannot be returned.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales are final on discounted promotional items and gift cards.
4. Exchanges (The Fastest Route)
We don't do slow, manual exchange queues. The absolute fastest way to secure the correct size or alternative style is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, immediately place a separate, clean order for the new gear through our storefront.
5. Refunds & Processing Timelines
Once your return hits our facility and clears physical inspection, we will notify you of your approval status.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that processing times vary depending entirely on your bank or credit card provider to post the capital.
